Schedule Appointment

If you need to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment, please call us at 913.948.9348 and press option 1 to speak directly to one of our kind and compassionate staff. We are open and available to see appointments Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The last available appointment time each day is 4:30 p.m. For less urgent appointments you can also schedule by sending us a text message, emailing us at drchadgeri@gmail.com, or filling out the contact form below, and we will respond to you before the end of the current business day. Please note that we do not see appointments in Missouri, as we are only licensed in Kansas.
