For all other appointments, please send us a text message, email us at drchadgeri@gmail.com, or fill out the contact form below, and we will respond to you before the end of the current business day. We are open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The last available appointment time each day is 4:30 p.m. Please note that we do not see appointments in Missouri, as we are only licensed in Kansas.
